Check these first

Nothing is being blocked

Check the app embed first. Open your theme editor, find App embeds, and make sure Zonify is switched on — nothing is enforced until it is. Then open Analytics in the app: if visits are appearing there, the embed is live and the rules are simply not matching.

A visitor from a blocked country got in

Country is read from the visitor's browser — its time zone, then its language. A VPN, a travelling customer, or a browser with a changed time zone will land in a different country. Check the visit in Analytics: it shows the country the app saw, and the rule it applied.

I blocked my own country and now I cannot see my store

Open the IP addresses page in the app. It shows your current address and offers to add it to the allow list. An allowed address gets in no matter what the other rules say. Do this first next time — the home page asks you to.

Google stopped indexing my store

Open the Bots page and check that Googlebot is allowed. It is by default. If it says Blocked, press Reset to return to the default.

Content protection is breaking checkout

It should not — form fields stay selectable and paste always works. If a field on your store is not a standard input, tell us which page and we will look. Turning protection off in the app removes the script on the next page load.

The recorded IP address looks wrong

Send us one example from Analytics with the time. The address is read from the headers Shopify forwards, and how that arrives depends on how the app is hosted; we can check which header carried it.

Data requests

If a visitor asks what your store recorded about them or asks for it to be deleted, forward the request to business@frostleaf.co with their IP address and the approximate time. We action these within 30 days. See the privacy policy for what we hold and for how long.
